Your Rights and Responsibilities

Here, we may refer Takle Bandhu as Company.

  • For any sale and/or purchase exceeding the mandated limit set by the Government, a self-attested copy of the customer’s PAN Card, along with address proof, is mandatory.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted only for items below INR 1000/-
  • Any inquiries or requests regarding the bill will be addressed solely to the individual whose name appears on the bill.
  • The customer must provide the Invoice number for any repairs and/or returns of jewellery, articles, or products.
  • The Company does not guarantee or adhere to conditions of return/refund if the goods are found broken, altered, mishandled, heated, treated chemically, or not in good/tradable condition at the time of return/refund. This clause supersedes the terms and conditions mentioned in the return/refund policy.
  • Jewellery is subject to normal wear and tear due to usage, and no credits shall be given for weight loss of jewellery due to wear and tear.
  • No taxes, including GST, shall be refunded after 4 days at the time of return/refund of jewellery/product/article. This clause supersedes the terms and conditions mentioned in the return/refund policy.
  • Refunds/returns shall be granted only after a thorough examination of the product by the Quality Control team and shall be issued by way of an “Account Payee” cheque/NEFT/RTGS/Credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking) or any other suitable mode of bank transfer. Refunds shall be issued only in favor of the person whose name was mentioned on the Invoice at the time of sale.
  • All disputes are subject to Nashik Jurisdiction only.
  • Any errors in the printing of the bill or discrepancies between the product and the bill can be clarified or rectified within one week/7 days of purchase. No complaints or clarifications shall be entertained after one week of purchase/sale.
  • The Company reserves the right to alter its terms and conditions as required under any prevailing law at the time of the transaction/event.
  • The customer may cancel the order/s within 24 hours of making the purchase (i.e., the date of Invoice).
  • IGST (if any charged) shall be levied at 3% on the sale value in the case of all interstate transactions.
  • SGST @1.5% and CGST @1.5% (if any charged) shall be levied in all other cases.
  • The Company possess all the rights to cancle/reject the order in any case, at any time, even after the transation is made by the customer, without any prior notice.
